This group is designed to discuss the importance of transparency in job application processes. Employers must respect and appreciate all applicants and their employees equally despite any health complications. Employers must maintain validity, reliability, and trust in their hiring process and job-positing functions. Group discussions and questions may include: How do we make the best of things in our current jobs? What do we do when we experience the application process for a job posting they are not hiring for and wish to bait us into another lower-paying position? What if your applications go through and you are interviewed and experience a manic episode during it out of excitability? How do you handle the nervousness of it all? What do you do if you chose to disclose your disorder? How do you handle that? There are many more topics to share. This is where you can share your story!
