Rage episodes happen so fast for me. Before I know it I'm yelling and pointing the finger and just being irrational. The littlest things can't set it off. Mostly to much negative stimulation at once. Kids start fighting, dogs barking, my head telling me something that's not true. I even have the word breathe tattooed on me so I could stop and take a breath. But it does not work. Here we can share ways we deal with our rage and the quilt that ot leaves us feeling.
